Policy
Airline schedules change — we get it. Our policy is built around one constraint: full-flight simulator time is reserved in advance and can only be changed up to a point. Here's exactly how it works.
More than 30 days before class start
Full Refund
Cancel for any reason and receive a full refund of everything you've paid, including your deposit. No questions asked.
Within 30 days of class start
Free Date Change
Your reservation — deposit included — moves to any other available class date at no cost. Simulator and instructor time can still be rescheduled at this point, so you lose nothing by moving.
Within 15 days of class start
Deposit Non-Refundable
Simulator sessions are scheduled and locked with the training facility, and that time can no longer be changed or resold. Cancelling inside 15 days forfeits the deposit. Any balance paid beyond the deposit is refunded.
